GOVERNMENT OF RAJASTHAN, LIVE SINCE 2015

RajSevaDwar

Citizens never touch RajSevaDwar directly, and that's the point. It's the G2G data-exchange backbone that lets Rajasthan's citizen-facing services (e-Mitra, RajMail, IFMS 3.0, and 40+ department systems) actually talk to each other, so a request made at one counter doesn't have to be re-verified, re-keyed, or re-routed by hand at the next.

01 / WHAT WE BUILT

The plumbing behind Rajasthan's digital-governance front doors

RajSevaDwar is the Government of Rajasthan's centralized State Data Exchange Platform, the government-to-government (G2G) layer that lets 40+ departments securely exchange data and services with each other, rather than each citizen-facing system maintaining its own private pipe to every other department. Data was engaged for development, customization, enhancement, integration, and maintenance of specific modules within RajSevaDwar, not as builder of the whole platform:

Integration of departmental citizen services: connecting individual department service catalogs into the shared exchange so they're reachable from the front-end platforms citizens actually use.

Authentication & identity verification: confirming a citizen's identity once, in a way other departments can trust, instead of re-verifying it at every counter.

Inter-department data exchange: the core G2G function: moving a citizen's data between departments securely, without manual re-entry or paper handoffs.

Workflow orchestration for service delivery: sequencing multi-department approvals and handoffs so a single citizen-facing request resolves correctly across systems that don't otherwise talk to each other.

Secure API-based integration for e-Governance applications: the interfaces that let systems like e-Mitra, RajMail, and IFMS 3.0 plug into the exchange without each one rebuilding the same integration work.

API integration, module enhancement, production support, and bug fixes: ongoing operating work on Data's assigned modules within the platform, live and expanding since 2015.

02 / WHY IT MATTERS

Integration nobody sees is still the hard part

A citizen filling out one form on one portal shouldn't have to know or care how many separate government departments sit behind it. RajSevaDwar is the reason they don't have to. It's a core piece of Rajasthan's digital-governance architecture, and 40+ departments and 1,150+ services now depend on that exchange working correctly every day. See the Government page → for the rest of Data's state and central government deployment log.
