₹6–12 LPA per role. We're not gatekeeping on degrees or years of experience, we need a curious, innovative mind, someone who says "let me figure this out" instead of "no".
You'll use AI coding agents and MCP-connected tools daily, not as a novelty demo but as your primary way of building: automating engineering workflows, writing and shipping production code, wiring up MCP servers to connect our products to real data and tools, and building new product capability end-to-end. You'll work across our live products (XgenPlus, ZenithAI, RajMail, TeamPortal) and on new AI-native tooling under our FORGE methodology. What matters more than your resume: can you take an ambiguous problem, reach for the right AI tools and your own engineering judgment, and ship something that works?
You'll be the technical voice in the room before a deal is signed, sitting with prospective customers to understand what they actually need, and translating our products (XgenPlus, ZenithAI, RajMail, TeamPortal and more) into a solution that fits. You'll work closely with engineering to scope what's realistic, and with sales to close what's valuable. This isn't a scripted-demo role: every customer's problem is a little different, and you'll need to think on your feet in the room, not just read from a deck.
Most engineers spend their career shipping features for someone else's roadmap. Here, you'll work on systems with real operating history and real stakes: a mail platform securing 50M+ mailboxes at 99.9% uptime, an on-premises AI platform built for data sovereignty, government infrastructure that can't fail quietly. You'll be led by a founder who personally architected the core protocol stack (IMAP, SMTP, POP, anti-spam) this company still runs on, and who chairs the global body writing the standards for a multilingual internet. If you want your name on production systems that matter, not another CRUD app for another client, this is where that happens.
