MeetMOM

One tap records the meeting. AI transcribes it (in Hindi, English, or the code-mixed Hinglish that actually gets spoken in Indian offices) and turns it into a structured Minutes of Meeting: summary, decisions, action items with owner and deadline, and open questions. Built on Data's own XgenPlus email infrastructure for instant distribution.

01 / HOW IT WORKS

Four steps from tap to distributed minutes

No manual transcription, no typing up notes after the call. The whole workflow runs on the phone already in the room.

Tap record. One tap begins high-quality M4A audio capture with a real-time timer. The app is offline-first: if connectivity drops mid-meeting, the recording queues locally and uploads automatically with retry logic once the connection returns.

AI transcribes, with speaker diarization. The engine identifies multiple speakers automatically (SPEAKER_0, SPEAKER_1…) and handles Hindi, English, and natural Hindi-English code-switching without any manual configuration. Real names can be assigned to speakers and the MOM regenerated with personalised attribution.

MOM is generated. The AI extracts a summary, the decisions taken, action items with owner and deadline, and any open questions, structured, not a wall of transcript text.

Share instantly. A formatted HTML email goes out to participants via XgenPlus (Data's own enterprise email platform) or the MOM can be shared to WhatsApp, Slack, or any other channel in one tap.

02 / CAPABILITIES

What it captures

CAP.01

One-Tap Recording

High-quality M4A audio, offline-first with an auto-retry upload queue. Recordings stay on-device and are only deleted after the MOM is confirmed.

CAP.02

Speaker Diarization

Auto-identifies multiple speakers per meeting. Assign real names and regenerate the MOM with attribution carried through.

CAP.03

Structured MOM Output

Summary, decisions, action items with owner and deadline, and open questions. Toggle items open/done directly in the app.

Multilingual transcription: Hindi, English, and code-mixed Hinglish. As measured internally by the MeetMOM team (not independently audited): roughly 96% for English, 91% for Hindi, and 88% for Hinglish speech. Treat these as directional rather than exact.

Instant distribution: a formatted HTML email via XgenPlus infrastructure, plus one-tap share to WhatsApp or Slack.

Offline-first architecture: recordings queue locally when offline, auto-upload on reconnection with retry logic, and the raw audio is only removed once the MOM is confirmed safe.

03 / USE CASES

Built for every business conversation

From daily standups to boardroom decisions.

Team standups & sprint planning: blockers and task assignments captured automatically, each team member gets their action items called out
Client calls & review meetings: decisions and next steps delivered before the call even ends
Board meetings & committee sessions: compliance-ready minutes with speaker attribution and a structured action register
Any conversation worth capturing: vendor negotiations, HR discussions, strategy sessions, project kick-offs
04 / PRIVACY & SECURITY

Your recordings stay yours

Meeting audio is often the most sensitive thing in a company's day: client commitments, board discussion, HR conversations. MeetMOM's privacy model is built into the architecture, not bolted on:

Audio stays on-device only. Raw recordings are held locally on the phone, not persisted in cloud storage.

Deleted after MOM confirmation. Once the minutes are generated and confirmed, the raw audio is purged: a clean, bounded data lifecycle.

No third-party sharing. Meeting content is never sold, shared, or used to train external AI models.

No cloud storage of raw audio. AI processing runs on secure backend infrastructure under strict data controls: the raw recording itself never lives in the cloud.

05 / POWERED BY XGENPLUS

Same email infrastructure Data already runs at government scale

MeetMOM's instant HTML-email distribution runs on XgenPlus → (Data's own enterprise email platform, the same infrastructure behind RajMail's 4M+ citizen mailboxes). Enterprise enquiries: support@xgenplus.com or +91 98294 96493.
