01 / WHAT WE BUILT

The system Rajasthan's finance department actually runs on

IFMS 3.0 is the Government of Rajasthan's Integrated Financial Management System: treasury operations, disbursement, and financial governance across 67+ administrative departments, 41 treasuries, 258 sub-treasuries, 45 banks, and roughly 32,000 Drawing & Disbursing Officers statewide. Data was engaged for specific functional modules within this statewide implementation, not as sole builder of the whole platform, but Data's engagement covers the full lifecycle of its assigned modules:

Treasury modernization & finance process re-engineering: redesigning how the Directorate of Treasuries & Accounts' workflows actually run, not just digitizing the old process.

Core financial module development and integration with multiple other government systems, spanning Budget Management, Treasury Management, Revenue & Challan Management (eGRAS/RMS), Pension Management, Employee & Payroll Management, Works Account Management (WAM), and Digital Payments & Financial Reporting.

Modern microservices architecture: built for change, not a monolith that gets riskier to touch every year.

Application enhancement, production support, and full lifecycle management: an ongoing operating relationship on Data's assigned modules, not a delivered-and-walked-away project. A February 2026 work order (Directorate of Treasuries & Accounts, Jaipur) has 17 Data resources deployed on the system today.

Live since 2021, phased rollout from 2024: major transactional modules and integrations, including the Bank Disbursement Engine, have been live since November 2024, with ongoing department and module onboarding.

02 / WHY IT MATTERS

Financial systems don't get to fail quietly

A state's treasury and disbursement operations run through this system: transparency, operational efficiency, and digital governance for the Finance Department depend on it working correctly every single day, not on a best-effort basis. See the Government page → for the rest of Data's state and central government deployment log.
