We are looking for an e-Office / e-HRMS Support Engineer with 2+ years of relevant experience in e-Office, e-HRMS 2.0, AEBAS and Government IT/e-Governance projects. You should have hands-on experience in L1 support, user account creation and management, user posting, reporting, role assignment, delegation, transfer/posting, user extension, deactivation, interdepartmental migration and file transfer in e-Office/e-HRMS. The role also requires experience in File Head, Basic/Primary/Secondary Groups, Territory, File Section Code, OU and Post creation and mapping, along with basic knowledge of VPN, DSC installation/configuration, file tracking, MS Excel, documentation and MIS reporting. You should be comfortable providing e-Office training and user handholding, handling e-HRMS 2.0 and AEBAS-related activities, and coordinating with technical teams and stakeholders for issue resolution. Prior experience in NIC/NICSI projects or working in an NIC-managed/NIC-supported environment is strongly preferred, and candidates with experience in Central/State Government departments or Government e-Governance projects will be given preference. Qualification: B.Tech / MCA / M.Sc. IT.

We are looking for a Senior System Administrator with 5+ years of experience, including strong hands-on experience in Database Administration (DBA), server management, NIC Cloud, application monitoring, patching, database backup/upgrades, SSL, DSC, VPN, networking and security audits. You should have experience working with e-Office, e-HRMS, Government Mail and other NIC-hosted applications, along with L1 support and coordination with NIC technical teams and vendors. Prior experience in NIC/NICSI projects or an NIC-managed/NIC-hosted environment is strongly preferred.

You'll be the person who turns our products into other people's revenue, not the person who signs a partnership MoU and waits for it to fund itself. Running the full channel and partner function end-to-end: recruiting, onboarding, and enabling resellers, system integrators, and OEM partners for XgenPlus, ZenithAI, eFilix, TBMS, Sales CRM, and TeamPortal's payroll module across enterprise and government accounts. You'll build and manage the partner pipeline, carry a quarterly revenue-through-channel target, and turn signed partners into partners who actually sell, training them, arming them with the right collateral and deal-registration process, and staying close enough to the pipeline to know which deals are real. This isn't a relationship-management role where activity counts as success; the number does. We need someone who has actually carried and hit a channel or partner revenue target before, not just managed a partner list, with at least 4 years of hands-on channel, alliance, or partner-sales experience.

You'll be the person who keeps the company's growth funded, not the person who plans it and hopes someone else executes. Running the full external fund-raising function end-to-end: structuring and executing capital raises across banks, NBFCs, financial institutions, government schemes, the debt markets, PE/VC funds, and strategic investors. You'll build the financial narrative, prepare the numbers and documentation that actually survive due diligence, and carry a raise from the first conversation through to a signed term sheet, not hand it off halfway. We need someone who has actually closed capital across more than one of these channels, not just modeled it in a deck, with at least 5 years of hands-on fund-raising experience.

You'll use AI coding agents and MCP-connected tools daily, not as a novelty demo but as your primary way of building: automating engineering workflows, writing and shipping production code, wiring up MCP servers to connect our products to real data and tools, and building new product capability end-to-end. You'll work across our live products (XgenPlus, ZenithAI, RajMail, TeamPortal) and on new AI-native tooling under our FORGE methodology. At least 2 years of professional engineering experience required. What matters more than your resume: can you take an ambiguous problem, reach for the right AI tools and your own engineering judgment, and ship something that works?

You'll be the technical voice in the room before a deal is signed, sitting with prospective customers to understand what they actually need, and translating our products (XgenPlus, ZenithAI, RajMail, TeamPortal and more) into a solution that fits. You'll work closely with engineering to scope what's realistic, and with sales to close what's valuable. This isn't a scripted-demo role: every customer's problem is a little different, and you'll need to think on your feet in the room, not just read from a deck. At least 2 years of professional experience required.

You'll be the person the company turns to when a matter can't be handled with a template, running the full legal function end-to-end: land and property title disputes, corporate law and statutory compliance, labour and industrial relations matters, FSSAI and AGMARK regulatory compliance, and direct and indirect taxation disputes. You'll accompany and support our external counsel at every court appearance, civil courts, revenue courts, labour tribunals, and wherever else a matter lands, not just brief them from the office and wait for an update. You'll also build and run the internal legal team. We need someone who has actually stood beside counsel in a courtroom facing a judge, a labour commissioner, and a tax officer, not just someone who has reviewed contracts from a desk for 15 years.
